A hot and spicy collaboration with our great mate Mat from Mat's Hot Shop. Mat makes the most delicious hot sauce in the country and runs a hot sauce shop and tasting room in Collingwood, Victoria.
Our Piña Picante soda is a riff on one of our favourite sauces. Staying true to the sauce we have used pineapple, ginger, lime, coriander and a lick of red habanero.
